How AI customer support works
An answer when it can help.
A person when the task needs one.
Configure the agent for the questions it can answer and the actions it may take.
Answer within the agent’s knowledge
Provide approved product and support context. Use a focused follow-up question when the request is incomplete. If the answer is not established by the available information, route the unresolved question through the configured workflow.
Give follow-up an owner
Echo Tickets organizes customer requests with Departments, assignment, statuses and saved views. Route work to the responsible team and eligible staff so a request that needs an action has a place to continue.
Keep internal notes private
Customer replies and staff notes serve different audiences. Keep internal discussion within the team, and preserve the same boundary in agent instructions and permitted tools. A private note should never become a public reply.
Show whether help is queued or live
A confirmed Ticket may wait for staff. Live takeover requires the connected conversation workflow and an available person. Show the actual state, including a failure or unavailable service, instead of implying immediate attention.
